Is Tantra Right for You?
- Do you have a yearning to explore your sensual nature?
- Is emotional intimacy appealing or terrifying to you?
- Are you curious about exploring the full genius of the human body?
- Do you find yourself looking for more depth, freedom and authentic connection in life?
- Can you imagine a lifestyle where you are fully expressed in your deepest truths, including your sexual desires?
If you answered “yes” to any of these questions, Tantra is absolutely worth exploring. Often students ask me, “How do I prepare? What are the prerequisites for tantric practice?” My answer is always: “Curiosity and an open-mind.”
Tantra may not be what you think it is. It’s not all about sex or specific sex acts. It is a way of living that happens to have the added bonus of enhancing how you experience and participate in sex. It will also enhance the way you experience and participate in life.
There is nothing that I love more than helping people recognize the true gifts they already possess. A healthy body, full of luscious breath, sound and creativity can create miracles. Did you know you can create your own miracles?
This sounds serious. Is this a big commitment? Is this a religion? Will you have to change?
Like most spiritual paths, it is what you make of it. It is not a religion. It is more of a spiritual philosophy or culture. It contains no dogma, no rules. The degree to which you incorporate the philosophy or practices into your own life or decide to change is up to you. I’m simply here to open to door and give you a glimpse of what is possible.
What if you just want a massage?
If you truly just want a massage, there are probably better practitioners to see than me. Many of my sessions do provide a mind-blowing massage, but the real focus is on tapping into your true self. I pair guided meditation and breathing exercises seamlessly with touch, to help you reach a deep, relaxed state where there is no room for self-doubt, fear, or shame.
